Bottle. An almost clear yellow-golden pour leaves a white head. The aroma is spiced, fruity and sweetish, with pale malt. Fruity flavor with pear and apple, quite grainy, and with a pleasant level of hops giving a decent bitterness. Medium to full body, sweet, yet dry. A quite pleasant beer, but somehow hard to pin. Quite nice though. (080620)

Bottled, alc. 6.6 % (BB 11/2009)
Hazy orange color, small white head. Coriander, grain, some fruits and yeast in the nose, kind of witbier-like aroma. Typical Belgian blonde flavors: fruityness, hoppy bitterness combined with wheat beer flavors: coriander, banana, which touch of candy sugar. Not bad, although not quite interesting.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is yeasty, grassy and a bit nutty. Flavour is quite same with strong hayishness. Also some mild spices as it warms up.

Pours a very hazy light yellow color, cannot see through the beer. A small, strong head forms and never fully dissipates. Aroma is strong coriander and muted lemon, very much how I like it. Taste is a bit herbal in the coriander aspect but otherwise a very gulp-able wit.
Draft @ Delirium Cafe, generic goblet, 5/17/08.

Bottle at Cambrinus in Brugge. The Cambrinus suggestion of the day for 05/27/2008. Hazy dirty gold color with a white head. Pale fruit, pale malt, and sweetness for aroma. Medium plus body with coarsely creamy carbonation. Flavor is poperinge hop over light malts. Carbonation prickles. Flavor is something like a tripel, but subtly otherwise. Get one!

(Bottle at Poirotti on 2008-04-30) Yellow. Cloudy. White medium head. Fruity nose with some yeast. Very acidic palate. Yeast in taste. Some bitterness. Fruitiness. Couldn’t really spot all the four grains used.
