Our IPA is created with a special blend of New York and Northwest hop varieties. It starts with resin, pine, rich caramel, toasted malt, and muted citrus. Underpinnings of caramel malt, tobacco, and toasted bread crust take over the palate with a lightly bitter, dry finish.

5 oz. pour part of flight at brewery.Beautiful, crystal clear gold, thin head, light sparkle, nice lacing. Aroma strong pine over background malt. Taste strong pine over caramel malt.Smooth texture, soft carb, finish as taste w/piney bitterness.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange with large foamy off-white head, faint orange peel aroma, medium carbonation, bitter piney taste, thin body, long bitter finish. Decent IPA.
