Ale Punched with Sake Yeast and Rice. This Raging Bull'uva Double-ish IPA is punched with Sake Yeast and Rice, then hopped-up for a cold-clip of counter-balanced bitterness... it just don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing!

On tap. Light golden color. Very clear and a thin skin white head and lacing. Fresh light fruity tropical hop aromas and flavors. Some ABV weight comes through but not a heavy beer. Quite good and tasty

Pours clear gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Sweet sake and rice aromas. Medium bodied with dark caramel and spicy yeast upfront turning to resin in the dry, medium length finish. Taste is very similar to the sake bomb I had last week...

Quart from Corti Bros. Pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma seems citrus and pale stone fruit. Med body or so. Texture is "slick". Flavor is citrus and pale fruit, and there’s a flavor that must be from either the rice or the yeast. It’s sort of dry, and it is quite bitter. There’s some heat that reminds me of Saki. Not strong but noticeable. This is hard to describe, but maybe a hoppy Saki would taste something like this. Quite mellow in its way.
