Draught at The Ginger Man, E 36th St, New York. Pours black with a small beige head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, light roasting, and malt. Medium plus sweetness and light roasted bitterness. Medium body, watery texture, soft carboantion. An admirable effort at 3% abv.

Draught @ Arts and Crafts Beer Parlor. Opaque dark brown with small creamy beige head, coffee aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter coffee beans taste, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Good, not great.

From tap. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and slight caramelish. Roasted malty, coffee. Dark malty. Bitter and roasted dark malty. Dry, coffee and bitter finish.
