33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ W. van Schaik, Vianen. Hazy dark golden with a white head. Hoppy aroma. Bitter taste and a creamy mouth feel. Indeed reminding me of the Maximus Brutus. Quality beer as always from Maximus

Bottle shared at dB’s. Clear dark golden to light amber with big white head. Strawberry, mango, sweet tea, sweet malts. Almost like a fruit tea! Over medium sweet and under medium bitter. Bit over medium bodied with slick feel.

On tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy golden amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of leaves, tea, grass, light malty. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, light floral, grassy, typical lager notes, bitter finish. Medium bodied. More a Heller Bock to me.

On tap at Bierfestival Groningen 2015. Listed on the chalk board as "Salvator Pale Ale Lager". Dark amber in the glass, medium head, large pores. Light fruity on the nose, littel bit dull. Taste ist malty, little bit alcoholic, mid malty bitterness. Had higher expectations due to the name.
