Draft at The Ginger Man, NYC. Hazy yellow, no head. Aroma and flavors of tart fruit, lemon, funk, spice. Okay.

Draught. Hazy dull yellow with very small frothy off-white head that’s gone fast, funky aroma, low carbonation, lightly bitter earthy taste, thin watery body, medium finish. The aging doesn’t seem to benefit the product.
