Czech Pils with a Belgian accent. A Belgian riff on our Janiak Maniac. Delicate aromatics, a hint of spice and clean, crisp malt.

Draught @ the source. Clear golden with foamy white head, malt aroma, medium carbonation, lightly bitter malty taste with a hint of honey, thin body, abrupt finish. A bit on the bitter side for a pilsner.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours slightly hazed gold with a white head. Aroma is bubblegum fruity like a Belgian. I do not know how they got Belgian flavors into a pils, but they seem to have succeeded.
