Mmm… Osa is our beloved Photon American Pale Ale conditioned on freshly zested oranges at a rate of 6 oranges per barrel. It is everything photon is, with a dominant orange presence; this citric delight is our preferred way to start the afternoon.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: pale orange cloudiness with a two finger white foamy head which trailed off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet orangey to grapefruity pulpy and some lemon tones, light orange zest, subtle clean malts
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet quality flanked by a little bit of orange zestiness; finishes bittersweet through the oranges with a touch of the orange zest
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness - nothing really there to prevent a great flow even the zest that was previously smelled and tasted has disappeared from any nicking
Overall: a very nicely done NEPA very worthy of coming back to.

Can. Hazy golden. Orange zest indeed! Sweet malts, light wheat, weedy hops, pineapple, light resinous. Just medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Mostly orange zest, but it's very tasty.
