Double Bit IPA is a big, juicy double IPA. It pours a hazy golden color, with a big tropical fruit and citrus nose. This smooth drinking beer fills your mouth with big juicy hop flavors, and finishes dry with a lingering of that great hop taste. The hops attribute more flavor than bitterness, and mask the alcohol. Cheers!

Orange, pineapple, biscuit malt, grapefruit peel, and pine aroma. Hazy golden yellow with giant white head. Moderately sweet citrus, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter pine, quinine, and grapefruit peel flavor. Good body.

Pint can thanks to weihenweizen! 12/18/21. Uh oh, mild gusher! Hazy orange, very large frothy white head, good retention. Aroma of tangerine, mango, pale malt. Taste is grain, grapefruit, mango, tangerine. Low bitterness, juicy. It’s good, but, that gushing might be a sign of trouble ahead. Good thing I opened it now.

Some lime and booze. Golden pour with decent head and lacing. Bitter finish with some booze. Not a ton of character here. Tap at Iron Horse.

Can from Weihenweizen: pours gold bordering on orange with frothy head. Aroma is grapefruit and pine. Taste is fairly bitter and piny. Large, old-school IPA.

On tap at P&P Charleston. Clear light orange with small beige head. Aroma is nice grapefruit, medium body, slightly syrupy texture, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is grapefruit, herbal hops, and bitter finish. First time I had this I gave it 3.5, must have been a little off.
