Our bokbier for Easter; soft and slightly spicy taste, thereby producing a fine flavour. The flavour and aromas give a nicely balanced mix of fruit, coriander, yeast and hops. An enjoyable combination in which the bitter element gets an additional boost from the lightly roasted malt. The aftertaste is slightly sparkling, with a long-lasting, fresh, sweet flavour. An excellent beer for celebrating the arrival of spring!

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orange golden colour with small to average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, slightly bready, minimally grainy, pale and wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and slightly spicy aroma, hints of banana and coriander, a touch of peach and apricot. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty and pale malty, yeasty fruity and slightly spicy, mildly bitter and minimally grassy hoppy, hints of banana, some coriander, a touch of apricot and peach.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
More Triple than Bock to me, nice mothfeel, balanced - enjoyable.

Tap @ 't Taphuys Utrecht. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, yeasty and light spicy. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 140425

Bottle. Light hazy golden, offwhite cream. Fruity dry yeast, chewy, apricot, apples, good balance of dry spicy to fruity sweet, pleasant juicy grain finish.

Aroma of malts, fruits, spices, yeast, floral notes, coriander. Flavour is fruity and spicy sweetness with some hops and a very slight bitter finish. Very Belgian, very nice.

Dorada nebulosa de espuma no muy duradera. Aroma rico, azahar, naranja. Muy sabrosa en boca, muy belga, mas tripel que blonde. Especiada, seca, cilantro, naranja. Intensa.
