Our bokbier for Easter; soft and slightly spicy taste, thereby producing a fine flavour. The flavour and aromas give a nicely balanced mix of fruit, coriander, yeast and hops. An enjoyable combination in which the bitter element gets an additional boost from the lightly roasted malt. The aftertaste is slightly sparkling, with a long-lasting, fresh, sweet flavour. An excellent beer for celebrating the arrival of spring!

Malty, hoppy, flowery aroma. Butter, honey and a touch of soap. Very hoppy flavot with honey, butter and citrus. Just a bit tart. Long hopbitter finish. Absolutely delicious! tasted 12 years later. Bottle. Deep golden color. Pleasant floral citric, slightly yeasty aroma. Malty sweet flavor floral with some confit tropical fruit. Slightly alcoholic. Good beer.

Bottle from Albert Heijn, Bennekom. Pours clear dark golden, almost amber, with an unstable, thinning, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of yeast, ripe banana, apple, honey, white bread, kitchen herbs. Taste is medium fruity sweet, quite a lot of banana, some orange & apple on a honeyish & (white) bready malty base, yeasty too; light spicy bitter in the middle with pepper, grass, sourish lemony edge. Dryish, bit grassy hoppy finish, more pepper, but sweet honey & banana have the final say. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Bit too sweet all in all but still okay.

Bottle. Pours amber. Aroma and flavor are sweet, grainy, malty, some booze. Overall: solid bock.

Getreidiger, mild trocken herber Beginn. Süffig, leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung, eher monoton. Hell, trockener werdend, kurzer Nachhall. Okay. 9/8/8/7/7/8

Troebel donkergeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is kruidig, zoet en licht bitter met iets van koriander en kaneel. Best een goed bier.

Uit een flesje (met Marianne). Mooie donker gouden kleur. Een prima paasbier, de smaak had ik iets intenser verwacht gezien het abv. Al met al lekker.

Flesje gedronken tijdens feestje. Goudgeel, oranje-achtig troebel bier. Geur en smaak is fruitig (voornamelijk sinaasappel) hoppig en moutig. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie1986, thuis geprobeerd. Het is een oranje licht troebel bier met een witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een kruidige geur. De smaak is zacht, warm en kruidig.
