750 ml bottle from Eataly, surprisingly not overpriced. Hazy yellowish-orange color with a frothy beige head and some frothy lacing. Fruity aroma, lots of yeast, a bit of funk. Peppery, with some herbal notes. Nice, yeast-forward flavor. Citrus notes come through nicely. Finishes bright, fizzy, and with a brett-style dryness. Despite a higher carbonation level, this is exceedingly drinkable. One of those beers where the more of it I drink the more I like it.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow with very small frothy white head, honey/malt aroma, medium carbonation, sweetish taste with honey flavor, smooth body, medium finish. Nice golden ale.

Bottle. Pours dirty gold small white head. Nose and taste of grapefruit, toasty oats, grass, orange peel, spicy yeast and lemongrass with a touch of sour funk from the brett. Medium body. In a few months, this beer should be in its prime.
