This rich and sophisticated golden tripel has earned several international titles thanks to its refined taste marked by notes of grains, fruit and spice, supported by a slight bitterness.
It is a tribute to Quebec, the land encountered by 16th-century French explorers who thought they’d reached the end of the world.

Bottle from West Side. Pours a clear gold with a full 2 fingers of soapy foam that lingers. Lemon yogurt, coriander, lemongrass and bready pils-malt nose. Honey and coriander on the palate. Sweet with a bit of tart. Great tripel. --- Beer merged from original tick of La Fin du Monde on 20 Apr 2017 at 20:36 - Score: 7. Original review text: Great tripel. Always enjoy trying a new Belgian-style. I bought this in a 750 ml bottle at HEB. Personal experience, be cautious removing the cork. Poured into a Belgian glass, appropriately. It had a yellow-blonde body with a superb whitish top. Great carbonation, very active. I get a whiff of spices and fruit. The taste improves on that. There is cloves, cinnamon, a black plum sweetness. Mature but not as complex as others. Pretty fine.

341ml bottle. Typically candy sweet, but less so than others. More spices and marshmallows. Floral, with green apples and some overly ripe ones. Medium to heavy body over a lively carbonation. Noticeable booze with a texture that reminds more of a cider than a triple. Sticky sweet palate.

A strongly hazy, light yellow, a head is big and almost white. Aroma has fruitness of lemon, some spicyness and bananas, balanced. Taste has fruitness, bananas and some lemon, low spicyness, hint of alcohol that’s not bothering. Medium bodied, strong carbonation, fresh. Balanced and tasteful Tripel.
