Cask at In De Wildeman. Pours hazy brown with a few tan bubbles. Jenever is really noticeable up front in the aroma, to a lesser extant with malt, caramel and a little fruit. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light bodied with flat carbonation. Overall the jenever overpowers and is to much for a relatively light beer.

Gravity cask @ In De Wildeman. Brown color, hazy. No head, just some soapy bubbles. Aromaβs: sweet malts, with hints of jenever, some caramel, a little plastic. Flavor is medium sweet and medium bitter, just ever so slightly boozy. Medium bodied. Finishes with a nice bitterness along with hints of juniper & wood.
