[2/8/17] Draught at LIC Beer Project in New York City. Yellow. Nice funk, fruitiness, flowers, lemony, spice, earthy, mildly tart. Good.

Tap at Beer Project start of queens adventure. Clearing gold fizzy head. Nose is wheat and grain. Tastes of spelt, grainy, white grape, lemon, and wheaty. Mineral aftertaste light Bodied per style higher carbonation.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is clove, yeast, funk. Medum mouth, funk, yeast, spice, clove, light dry finish, very good.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours yellow with some haze and a white head. Aroma is minerals, light sugar, slight farmhouse. Taste is lightly bitter. Mineralish. Very light. Easy to drink.

Draught @ Malt and Mold. Hazy pale yellow with small foamy white head, basement flavors, low carbonation, lightly acidic taste with little bitterness, thin body, abrupt finish. Very fresh.
