On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark amber with medium creamy white head that lasts. The aroma is butter and salt. Medium mouth, salt, light roast, wet biscuit, light, decent.

At Big Alice: pours dark, clear brown with a small head. Aroma is berries, something akin to chocolate, but not that (yes, helpful, I know). Taste is kins of sweet with a sort of round fruitiness. Nice very mild salty finish. Interesting and actually reasonably well pulled off. I feel like Big Alice is getting their act together and creating well balanced tasty beer.

Draught. Hazy reddish brown with medium creamy beige head, faint caramel aroma, low carbonation, lightly tart berry taste, slightly salty, thin body, abrupt finish. Not sure I’ve liked it.
