Some hay and a hint of citrus and pepper like lightly seasoned salmon. Hazy golden pour with decent head. Clean finish. Tap at Ginger Man.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong yeast, candy sugar, bubblegum, spice. Medium mouth, similar flavors to nose, nice spice finish, very good.

Beer Table to go, NYC tap: pours pale golden with a white head. Aroma is light fruitiness, yeast, and a flower. Taste is yeasty, lightly bitter. Not very sweet. Crisp and refreshing. Pleasant.

Draught @ Malt and mold. Cloudy pale yellow with small foamy white head, vanilla aroma, medium carbonation, typical Belgian yeast characteristics, faintly salty, thin body, abrupt finish with honey aftertaste. Nice, not spectacular.
