Crisp and smooth, our golden lager is crafted from Midwestern malts and flaked with sweet corn. This is our most refreshing beer, with a mellow maltiness and a light, clean finish.

Draught @ Heartland. Clear orange color with off-white foamy head, bread aroma, medium carbonation, slightly sweet malty taste, thin body, abrupt finish. Not bad for a lager.

On tap at Heartland, Empire State, NYC. A small white head sits on top of a clear, golden body. The aroma is mostly on the fruity side, generic fruityness with pears and some citrus hints. There’s a decent bitterness in the flavor, at least considering the style, as well as the fruityness and citrus hints known from the aroma. Almost no malt aroma or flavor. Medium body, quite dry and with a decent carbonation. Long mostly bitter finish. Refreshing, but too boring. 150624

Etwas getreidiger Antrunk, was zum Mittelteil zunimmt. Hier hopfig herb, sehr weich, süffig. Etwas bitter zum Ende, weiter aber getreidig. 9/9/8/9//9

Tap at Heartland, Union Square, 24/11/13. Clear light golden with a thinnish off white covering. Nose is on the thin side, light cereals, paper, grass. Taste comprises straw, light sugar, vague citrus appeal, caramel. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, crisp closure. Mediocre lager - a little too sweet all told.
