The beer that made us believe that we had what it took to go professional... the 2012 Brooklyn Wort Winnter... Darkness! Black Dynomite is a Black IPA, A.K.A. Cascadian Dark Ale, that brings a whole party of flavors. The blend of malts will give you hints of caramel, raisins, and chocolate through the spicy, herbal hop profile. The nose lends a slight hint of citrus and grapefruit for a fresh IPA aroma. Coming in at 7.0% ABV, it will keep you warm on these cold winter nights!

Bottle. Pours opaque dark brown with large foamy beige head, coffee beans aroma, low carbonation, dry, lightly bitter roasted malt taste, smooth body, medium bitter finish. The hops are overshadowed by the roasted malt taste, but still fine.

Just found my notes on this beer: Draft at Little Town - Hoboken, 5/2/13
It pours a dark brown color with a nice, lasting, light brown head. The aroma is chocolate malts, caramel, and light hops. Tastes medium sweet and mildly bitter. It has a medium plus body, and average carbonation.
