16 ounce can. Hazy pale gold color. Large, frothy beige head leaves spotty lacing. Subtle bready malt aroma hints at berries and peaches. Tangy tropical citrus flavor has grassy, stone fruit notes. Medium bodied with a soft palate. Some peppery notes in the bitter finish.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Halftime. Always targeting a Mosaic IPA, so this was an easy choice. Quite the unique Mosaic single hop however. Think, juicy haze appearance. Plenty of foam head. Lots of hop flavor here, though low bitter. Soft tropical fruit sits underneath an onion like hop. Cool finish. Inviting Grassy hop nose. Was totally unsure on this brew on first sip, but it grew on me. Watered down feel to an otherwise potent IPA. Overall, drinks easy enough, and the flavors that are there are nice and refreshing. An enjoyable IPA overall.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Total Wine & More, Burlington. Appearance is cloudy yellow with effervescent sparkle, 2-finger width fizzy white head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is sweet grapefruit, stone fruit, tangerine, melon. Taste is strong sweet grapefruit and melon with mild hint of herb. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with lingering bitterness. Overall, mosaic tends to do pretty well in one-hop offerings in general, but this is one that brings out its features nicely. Good.

Thanks to AleRider78 for this one on our trip to Vermont. Hazy light-golden, white soapy head and some lace. Big green leave hop aromas with some sweet yeast. Hints of wood. This is also in the taste with hints of liquorice. I guess Mosaic is not a hop I really enjoy in this golden brews. A bit too harsh, not juicy enough. Not citrusy enough. Still, a decent IPA overall.

Airy white head left a froth on a hazy pale lemon coloured still body. Huge aroma of hops, onion, citrus & garlic. Medium to thin bodied, ultra sharp, clean, dry & a piercing back. Bitter lemon, citrus, pith, grapefruit, pine, resin & grass tastes with very tangy finish.
