Black with tan froth. Aroma is roasted, slightly earthy with ecident alcohol. Bittersweet flavour, lots of fruity licorice well balanced by warming alcohol. Nice.

0,50 bottle purchased at the Hoppy Imports (Greece) and consumed at home in Kosovo, after a few months of cellar. Pours a quadrupel-like dark brown color (should I say black?), compact medium-big brown frappe-like cap which lasts more than expected. Nose: during the pouring it seduces you already. Balanced coffee and licorice notes, none of them dominating but distinctively present. Also some anice, kind of sambuca liquor in an espresso. Herbal aroma as well. Nice, really nice. Mouth: predominant alcohol blast, you can immediately spot it all around your mouth. It stays a bit too anonymous in the middle...some coffee here and there and a frizzy carbonation. The end is dry and grassy-bitter, in line with the Amager orientation. It talks to these American West coast Imperials, a nice beer but far from being outstanding.

Bottle at Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured almost black with a frothy light tan head and some clingy lace. The aroma is rich roasty malt, light smoke, coffee, dark chocolate, light molasses. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a big sweet malt, smoky charcoal palate and a lingering burnt treacle finish. Full bodied with soft carbonation. One to savour. Donβt drink it quickly! The best of the sinner series by far.

Bottle from Craftissimo at home. Thick black pour with thick tan head with frog eye bubbles. Aroma is a bit raisin soy but mild enough to be more appealing than I usually find that - lots of roasted malt, some faint forest dank hops. Taste is good - bitter roasted malt, booze, a bit of ε»Ώεζͺ unfortunately. Solid straightforward imperial stout with a bit too much raisin.

500mL bottle, pours black with a medium tan / brown head. Aroma is fudgy and slightly oxidized, with cocoa and roasted malt. Flavour is identical, with loads of fudge, roasted malt and chocolate. Slight oxidation. Sludgy and fudgy. Good stuff, but a bit heavy and unrefined.

A black beer with a medium and light brown head. The nose is roasted, coffee, some sweetness and liquirice. Taste is strongly roasted with coffee, nice sweetness, bready malts, the hops stays in the background, still herbal end. Full bodied, low carbonation. Disappointment, too bready malty and not a character of Imperial Stout.
