If an IPA and a Pale Ale had a baby Junior would be it. Starting with a solid malt backbone of four varieties of grains, which are complimented by a heady dose of hops with an eclectic mix of citrus, tropical, and floral aromas. This all makes for an easy drinking beer that’s full of hop flavor.

If you’re picky about your pints, this is the beer for you.

Draft at Top Hops... It has a resiny/pine hop nose, some citrus, and pale malts... Gold-orange pour, small off white head, mid-heavy lace... Flavor is mildly sweet and medium-plus bitter, nice resiny hop... The body is medium, good heft considering ABV, soft carb, dry finish... The got some pretty nice hop flavor and bitterness into a 5% beer. I quite liked this one. Nicely done.

Drought. Clear amber appearance with creamy off-white large head, hops aroma, well balanced hoppy taste, average carbonation, long finish. Nice example of an IPA. --- Beer merged from original tick of Junior IPA - on 23 May 2013 at 11:31 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.
