On tap. Pours a hazy golden with a creamy white head leaving laces. Very spicy and citrusy nose. Medium-bodied, very fruity with exotic esters. A distinct yeastiness and a slightly tart edge. Very refreshing. 260811

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of pepper, lemons, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, yeast, pepper, alcohol, lemongrass, and a bit of malt, leading to a dry spicy finish. The body is watery.

Churchkey, DC 10oz Pours an orangish body with a white head. Aroma is of multigrain bread ;not the fresh kind, but the kind that you would get pre-sliced, and some weird yeast. Taste is butterscotch, multigrain bread and that selfsame weird yeast. Mouthfeel is pretty nice and creamy, definitely not what one would expect from a saison. Interesting and unique beer. ,
