Moldy aroma, bright yellow color, whitish spongy head, moldy flavor, slightly sweet taste, mild carbonation, medium body, abrupt finish. Not great but fine.

Bottled. A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw. It doesn’t resemble a Vienna - it should be darker in color and more malty - a lot more like a Dortmunder.

Sampled draught at Taps Istanbul, Istanbul, Turkey.
They say you should just someone after how they act when they commit a mistake. If so, Taps Istanbul made the test as things went terribly wrong when two waiters collided and dropped three full glasses of beer into my friends head... He received a new shirt within minutes and the whole company got the full dinner for free (and a good laugh at my friends account...)
Anyway, this vienna was deep golden, very malty and rather sweet with a fresh hop accent. It was well rounded and nearly buttery with low bitterness, and way better than any other lager I've found in Turkey.
