Birra “doppio malto” di colore rosso rubino, limpida e con una bella schiuma spessa.Olfatto molto ricco di frutti rossi , prugne, tostature e toffee flavor, in bocca ha un buon corpo ed un bel percorso articolato verso un finale tostato , caramellato ed un erbaceo appena percettibile. Per il suo gusto ricco ed inconfondibile, la RUFUS è Indicata ad accompagnare piatti di selvaggina e carni rosse alla brace. È stata premiata in Germania con la medaglia d’argento DLG.

Bottiglia. Il naso vira verso l'orzo tostato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato finiscono sentori di miele, caramello, pane, cracker, frutta secca, agrumi e spezie.

Tap@Birrificio Torino. Pours hazy reddish brown with medium offwhite head. Aroma is sweet malt, caramel, hints of lemon, nuts and sweet oranges. Taste is light to medium sweet, faint to light bitter and faint acidic. Body is creamy and smooth with light soft carbonation. Finish is long with notes of malt, roasted malt, cane sugar, hazelnuts and biscuits. Very pleasant red ale.

Bottle. Hazy (maybe I didn’t let it settle long enough after carrying it to the hotel?) reddish brown with slight off-white head. Nice malty aroma with a hint of vegetable / seaweed. Quite full bodied with modest carbonation giving a great mouthfeel. The flavour is dominated by rich roasted malts. There is some slight fruitiness at the start, some spice and a big finish with good bitterness. A very nice beer.

Dark amber color, yellow-brown foamy head, fruity flavor, slightly sweet taste, medium body, long finish. Very nice beer tasted at Birrificio Torino.

bevuta a pianeta birra buona schiuma abbastanza persistente sentori di malto tostato cerali tostato lunga persistenza piuttosto dolciastra con finale amarognolo

Doppio Malto
Amber color. Light malt aroma. Strong body, too high alcohol sensation. Caramel later… Final quite bitter. Lacking good malt and hop.
