A nice crisp clean been beer. Good hop, just enough fruit without being sickly. Crisp and lovely and you could guzzle it.

0,33 l bottle. Pours hazy straw yellow with huge lasting frothy snow white head. Aroma is quite light, straw, yeast, flower hop notes. Flavor however is full of citrus, some spices and yeast. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter, some light sourness is present. Body is light, texture thin and carbonation quite lively. Finish is long, pleasant herbal bitterness lasts for a while. I was rather disappointed by lack of aroma in general, but bottle was rather old, since July 2017.

Bottle at Bier Circus, Brussels. Pours cloudy yellow. Aroma is herbs, phenols, soft perfume and flowers. Body is light and soft, refreshing and simple, yet still pleasantly phenolic and not lacking taste. Almost watery, yet hoppy bitterness. Quite good.

On tap at De La Senne pours a murky yellow with some sudsy, white head. Nose has straw, lemon, light grist, yeast, flowers. Flavor is crazy drinkable, light lemon, light biscuit, yeast, some flower petals, light tea. Finishes dry, lightly tannic.

Fles gekregen van PatrickD, geprobeerd met Roelzie1986. Het is een troebel geel bier met een dun laagje wit schuim. Het heeft een hoppige geur. De smaak is hoppig, bitter en licht zurig.

Bottle at the neighbor’s, straight from bottle. Grassy weedy hops, citrus. Moderate sweet, moderate nettle and earthy bitter. Medium body and average carbonation. | [2025-04-30 15:34:41] - Locatie: Brasserie Cantillon Brouwerij (Cantillon - Brouwerij en Brussels Museum van de Geuze) - Score: 4 - Comment: Quintessence 2025. #5.1. Als een sprankelend beekje in de bergen. Hoppig en bitter. Koel en fris van de tap.
