0,05l from tap shared by / with the crew during mbcc red session. black color, small tan head. smells of chocolate, molasses, wood, coconut, light berry notes, cocoa powder, light cinnamon. very nice smell. full body, no carbonation, oily mouthfeel. tastes of cinnamon, cocoa, some wood, coconut, berry notes, light bourbon. finishes lightly sweet with notes of cinnamon, cocoa and some coconut. very very lovely beer, great balance, very smooth to drink. 9, 4, 9, 5, 19

On tap at Mikkeller & Friends. Black with a small tan head. Aroma of dark chocolate, bourbon and some cherries. The same in the taste. The finish was long with warming alcohol.

Nice light brown slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly rich and dry, dark malts, oak, cocoa, dark sugar, bourbon, sour red berries, minerals, caramel, chocolate, caramel, vanilla. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, minerals, roasted grain, oak, cocoa, bourbon, dark malts, dark chocolate, caramel, fruit stones, toast. Medium bitterness, slightly dry roasted mouthfeel. Nice.

Sampled @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2017, Red Session. Fast schwarze Farbe. Geruch nach Whisky, Karamell, Vanille, Kaffee. Geschmack ist süß schokoladig malzig, holzig, wenig Kirschen, holzig, Whisky.

Tap at MBCC 2017, Red session. Poured a hazy dark brown with a bubbly tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, dark chocolate, coconut, vanilla, coffee, cherry notes. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth rich oily roast, liqourice, chocolate, vanilla, tart cherry. Full bodied with flat carbonation.

Draught @ MBCC 2017. Pours pitch black with a smooth brown head. Aroma of roasty malts, chocolate, hints of cherries, vanilla, wood and bourbon. Taste is heavy, complex and roasty with some bourbon, cherry, wood, oak, chocolate, vanilla ans cocoa. Finish is sweetish and roasty with some syrup, bourbon, wood, vanilla, oak and chocolate.
