American Pale Ale

Boulevard Pale Ale is a smooth, fruity, well-balanced beer with year-round appeal. A variety of caramel malts imparts a rich flavor and amber color, while liberal use of Cascade hops adds zest and aroma. Pale Ale is the first beer we brewed, and continues to be a perennial favorite.

Duft av appelsin og karamell. Dunkel gulbrun farge. Tynn hinne av skum. Fruktig smak med en anelse appelsin og litt syrlig etersmak.

Flaske 0,355l fra Vinmonopolet, bestillingsutvalget. Drukket hjemme 10 Mar 13. Gyldenbrun. Litt uklar. Høyt luftig skum som varer lenge. Bra lacing. Forsiktig - men god fruktaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken er aprikos. Avdempet. Svakt tørr ettersmak.

Bottled @Kaisla BB 06/2013 Slightly hazy amber color, good creamy off-white head. Citrus hoppy aroma with some dishwater notes. Light to medium bodied. Light citrus, pale maltyness, fruity finish. Quite light although wellbrewed.

Moving out of KS rate-a-poolza. 12oz bottle poured into a Big Eddy globe. Bottled on the 45th day of 2013. Best by 09/15. Purchased out of fridge in store.

Many a times I have drank this beer in bars with not much else to order. Usually, I pretty much enjoy the beer, pretty clean and hoppy/ Usually, more malt heavy than your standard West Coast, not too high on the bitterness. This particular bottle has a little bit of a spoiled fruit flavor. That is uncommon, I’ll go with my long term experience as opposed to this one bottle.

Golden with a white head - some malts in the aroma, but olso a nice hop presence - nice malt to support a good hop bitterness that has some fruit notes ot it - nice ending with some floral hop notes - this was nice
