Tap at the brewpub. Dark clear mahogany with small beige head. Coconut, brown sugar, light figs, chocolate, bit of sweet malts, mint. Under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. I don’t know how that coconut aroma got in there but I think it’s pretty good.

Bottle shared by a friend, medium sample. Slight hazy brown color, short frothy head. Aroma has some spicy yeast, cookie, bit caramel, slight roast. Bit cookie sweetness in taste, spicy, slight bitterness. Not a traditional dubbel. Cant really put a label on it, which is a good thing for this beer. I liked it.

33cl bottle. Pours clear dark orange brown colour with a mid-sized most good lasting tan head. Aroma of sweet malt, dark and red fruits, nuts, caramel. Taste of dark malt, sweet malt, caramel, chocolate, vanilla, delicious!

Draft at the brewery. Very dark brown with a medium tan head. Aroma of rich malt, caramel, overripe dark fruit and light herbs. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at the brewpub, shared with Kermis. Medium creamy off white head. Clear almostt black pour. An easy drinking dubbel
