I enjoyed this a little better than the citra single hop. I always enjoy the amarillo - it adds some funky pine here as well as citrus. Pours cloudy blonde with great head and lacing. Bitter finish, average carbonation. Some grapefruit peel in here as well, juicy and fruity. On tap at brewery.

Growler at home in Salisbury, CT - picked up at the brewery. Pours hazy, yellow-gold with a foamy white head. The aroma is absolutely stunning, rife with old cat urine, orange, mango and lemon peel. Light sweet flavor with very complementary pale malt sugars and a gorgeous hop character, lightly dank but mostly juicy and citrusy. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Lightly resinous to finish with further pee, faint dried grass, mild lemon tang, soft pine needles. Effortlessly drinkable beer.

YES! I’ve been waiting for this one to be rebrewed for SO LONG. On tap at the Pig in Waterbury. Full Pour (duh!) I’d call this one a bright orange maybe golden pour. Resilient head around 2 fingers. oh boy. smells like fresh squeezed orange juice, clementines, tangerine zest, bright and almost floral. Taste has that patented HFS mouthfeel that’s not really mineral like but it’s nice. I get an up front peppery spice followed by a juicy citrus bomb. Close to Society 5 for me and almost no malt presence at all. I could drink this for days and days. Thanks Shaun!!!
