Corked Bottle. Deep golden color. Elderflowers, citrus and oak in the aroma. Sour, lemony flavor, floral with vanilla. Some remaining sweetness. Fairly Low on carbon. Oak finish. Nice.

BB 2021. dark yellow hazy color, rather big white head. smells earthy, musty, citric, spices, hay, ripe fruits, light cork notes, light wood, peppery. very nice smell. medium body, bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, earthy, spices, grassy, peppery, light wood, barnyard, musty, some cheese, once it warms up some light elder flower notes come through. finishes bubbly and light to medium sour with notes of citrus, barnyard and some peppery notes. lovely, great complexity, not that much elderflowers at first, but it comes through once it warms up a bit. 4.2 (8,4,8,4,18)
