Medium tart, mild funk. The floral notes come through nicely, and almost some light spiced notes. Wonderful.

Bottle, bottled september 2015, ABV 6%. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Still well carbonated. Aroma: Tart, stable, some leather. Taste: Over moderate tart, fruity citrus and apple, floral Elderflower notes that I didn't get in the aroma are still well present in the taste, oak wood, some rural funk and light hints of leather. Old hop backbone hints. Dry mouthfeel. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Long lasting bit moldy finish. Ok still.

Bottled. Bright and floral nose, grapefruit, leather, elderflower. Hazy deep gold to amber, low head. nice fruity flavor, light flowery sweetness, grapefruit, old books, leather. Good carbonation. Very crisp with a nice bretty funk. Liked this.

Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour, with a small head. Aroma is fruity and tart wooden tones. Flavour is ripe fruits, elderflower, some tartness, mild herbal and lemongrassy notes. Somewhat dry, but very refreshing.

Bottled 750ml. –at Goblet Zagreb, shared with Marko & hrabren. Golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, elderflower and light herbal nose. Light sour herbal and elderflower taste with moderate strong carbonation.

Shared with Hrabren, Ogi and DIna I reckon. Hazy golden body, white head. Elderflower notes with light funk, simplistic really. Lean, tart taste with sweetish, soft elderflower touches, pleasant funk / tartness. Again, simple but likable.

0.75 l bottle shared with little Dina, Ogi and Marko at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Hazy golden, small white head. Aroma is floral, intense elderflower, dusty, cheesy, bread, honey, syrup. Tannic, floral, dry. Nice mild sourness, refreshing. Light body. Juicy. Green tea. Linden. Dry finish.

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter nice sour flavor. Elderflower present. Long great finish.
