Tap @ Borefts Beer Festival 2015. Pours black with a small brown head. Aromas of malt, chocolate, some tart notes, licorice, oat, dark fruits. Pretty off aroma. Taste is oaty, bitter roast, tart stuff going on in the taste aswell, sweet licorice. Is this infected?

Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 2 26/09/2015. A opaque black coloured pour with a lasting creamy tan head. Aroma is smooth creamy oats, milky chocolate. Flavour is composed of, full on smooth milky roast, coconut, oatmeal, smooth roast. Palate is full bodied, velvety smooth. Nice stout.

Draught @ 7th Borefts Beer Festival 2015, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Brouwerij Kees Oatmeal Breakfast Stout ].Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, dark malt, chocolate, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150925]

On tap at ’Kaapse Brouwers’. Clear, very dark reddish brown to black with a medium large, creamy, stable, brown head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity and minimally roasty aroma of milk chocolate, nougat, caramel and hints of raisins. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity and minimally roasty taste milk chocolate, nougat, caramel and hints of raisins, followed by a short, slightly roasty-bitter finish. Medium to full body, creamy and smooth mouthfeel, flat. No alcohol detectable at all, very easily drinkable, doesn’t feel like 11%. Delicious, nice dessert beer!

Keg at BBF 7, Bodegraven, 25/09/15. Black with a moderate tan covering. Nose is dark fruits, hop pangs, chocolate, spice, rich dark malts. Taste comprises bitter chocolate, light coffee, spice, roast malt, light charr, dates, raisens, toffee fudge. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent impy, drinks below the ABV.
