375ml bottle from Beergium. Dirty mid brown beer with medium, but very quickly totally vanishing head. Aroma has alcohol (rum), wood, dried fruits - plum mostly, and some spices. Taste has also lots of rum style alcohol, dried fruits and some spicy & hints of caramel. Medium body, even bit thin. Way too boozy overall. Worst Lost Abbey I've tasted.

Flaska från SB. Privatimport Galatea. Tack Daniel. Smak och doft av fina fattoner av rum och bourbon, russin, fudge, sötlakrits, anis, hostmedicinkryddigt och Läkerol Special. Saknar kanske lite kropp men annars riktigt gott. Lagom sötma, rund och len, fin beska.

Olmost black with dark off white head - Wood aroma with a good spicy aroma as well - Malt body to support a spicy, barrel boozy flavour - The nice boozy flavour with wood goes into the finish with some alcohol heat - This was good

Poured from 12.7 fl oz bottle. Murky amber brown with quickly dissipating off-white head. Aroma of acetone, mild rum, dates, and some wood (started off smelling almost nail polish-y on the pour, but after I let it sit for a minute, the dates and wood came out more). Taste is pretty similar... too boozy, doesn’t blend well.

On tap at Super Deli and Grocery, Seattle. Dark brown, tan head. Fruity winey nose with caramel and candies notes. Similar taste with moderate to high sweetness. Rum notes on the background. Good seeper.

Lovely tasty and pleasant evening sipper.
Clear deep red/amber color with an off white head that gives up a bit to fast. Nice intensity in the aroma. Full body and a soft carbonation level. Oily texture. Lots of rum barrel here. Yummi. Also dried fruits, some spices, vanilla and oranges.

Sample at SBWF 2016. Dark amber with a small head. Aroma and taste of rum, caramel, malt and some spices. The body was thick and the finish long.

Slightly murky brown beer, small pale tan head that dissipates quickly. Palate is pretty light for the abv, fine minerally crispness. Thin malts, toffee and caramel. Good rum. Rummy dark fruits. Touch of vanilla wood. Airy finish. It’s abv is fairly well hidden making this quite drinkable but it lacks something to take it to the higher levels. Feel it should have been more sumptuous.
