From the bottle. Pours orange with a foamy head that fades completely. Aroma of stone fruits and eucalyptus. Taste is mildly bitter with a herbal spiciness. Medium body. Very high carbonation. Not bad. Another trappist brewery checked off the list.

33 cl bottle from Brewer's Haven. Finally getting to taste the newest of the Trappist Abbeys, Tre Fontane. Tripel pours out nicely into a tulip, dark, murky medium Amber, fluffy head starts pretty thick, then Fades down, but still a nice cap of head. Aroma is The malts and some of the yeast, but it's missing some of the more Savory characters of the Belgian tripel. Taste brings a bit more of the yeast with it, coupled with a nice creamy feel, a little bit of chalkiness, which is characteristic of the Italian hard water areas. Nice Trappist tripel, not quite as good as some of its Belgian brethren but better than most U.S. versions.

Fles 33cl in Den Haag. Eucalyptus, laurier, drop, caramel, licht funky, kruidig, geel fruit, suikers, zachte zoeten. Bijzondere eigenheid. Geen doordrinker. (11-8-2018).

Bottle at a tasting at Beermalade. Medium-high honeyish lemon balm sweetness, lack of balancing bitterness - light if any. Moderate eucalyptus presence muddling things even furter. Made refreshing promises in aroma, however did not livevup to them in the flavour. Sticky, overwhelming, unbalanced.

Hazy golden with a huge white head. Herbal aroma with mint and eucalyptus along with spices and a touch of dark sugar. Candy sweet herbal and spicy flavour. Not my kind of tripel

Bottle. Orange, passion fruit, papaya, eucalyptus, biscuit malt and dry grass aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Mildly sweet tropical fruit, light biscuit malt, and moderately bitter eucalyptus and dry grass flavor. Nice balance and body. Quite enjoyable.
