Aromas of sweet barrel notes, fudge, coffee, dark chocolate, light cinnamon, vanilla plums, light tobacco, dark fruits, salmiak licorice, malts. Taste is fudgy, vanilla, light cinnamon, pepper, salmiak licorice, sweet licorice, pretty strong roast, plums, coffee, dark chocolate, dry woody notes. This is crazy good! Holy shit, in need of more Cycle stuff - now, please.

Bottle at tasting. Aroma of boozy rum, chocolate, red fruit, molasses, booze, coffee and caramel. Taste has fruity rum, caramel, molasses, chocolate, some red fruit, booze, slow burning rum and a long boozy finish. Very good.

650ml bottle (thx, Eric D.!) at Farees'. Appearance: almost black with a dark beige head. Aroma: caramel, candies, barrel, sweet. Taste: along the same lines, very sweet. Overall: good one.

Dark, sweet and fruity notes. Jet black with a small beige head. Sweet and malaise’s notes with nice maple notes. Sweet dark molasses notes, syrup and a long finish.

If you have to go Rum BA, this is the way to do it, perfectbalance between barrel and beer, nothing solventy, just warming rum. Mad thick. Chocolatey, some vanilla, a bit of leathery tobacco. Crazy smooth, very rich.

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Pours a deep brown to black with a small brown head that dissipates. Rum on the nose with coconut, vanilla and cacao nib. Fudge brownie as it warms with some date and brown sugar notes as well. Lots of rum barrel on the palate, but not overly boozy. ABV hidden fairly well with lots of fudge-like brownie notes. Lingering rum and vanilla on the finish with more chocolate.
