Bottle 33 cl. Pouts a deep, cloudy amber with tons of gooey, floating UFOs and a small, off-white head. Complex aroma, a slight tartness and wood. Rich body, sweet and vinous, caramellish, a slight tartness as in overripe fruit, noble rot, woody with some late alcohol. Pleasant and complex. 210916

World-class barely wine. The brett works wonders. Reminds me of Thomas Hardy. Truly astounding. Wow. Love these guys.

Clear brown colour with thin lasting head. Lots of sweet, sugary grains in the aroma. Tastes sweet and sticky with caramelised red fruits

Draft at Kaapse fest. Red copper color. Aroma of red fruit, malt and som rye. Taste has sweet sherry, red fruit, malt, raisin, toffee and a sweet sherry finish . Lovely

Tap at Kaapse 2nd Anniversary. Unclear caramel with offwhite head. Sweet white raisans, rye, sherry barrel, resin, bark. Big sweet with light bitter undertone. Full body, mouthfeel is amazing. Little elves are dancing on my tongue. They’re taking their clothes off. Sweet long finish. Draft at the Kaapse beer festival. Hazy amber brown with a medium cream head. Aroma is vinous, caramel, chocolate and fudge. Flavour is heavy sweet and light bitter. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Kaapse Brouwers festival. Slight hazy copper with cream colored head. Raisins, sherry, vanilla, lots of brown sugar, yoghurt, lots of canned and dried fruits, caramel. Very sweet and light bitter with a very light tart touch. Full bodied with syrupy feel. Great!

Botella 33 cl tomada en el momento en el kraken 02..01..2016. (r00). Lote 141203. Hasta fin 2020. Color rojizo oscuro turbio con poca espuma beige oscura. Aromas y sabores intensos maltosos dulces y con buenas dosis de frutos pasos y alcohol que le dan buen cuerpo. 9.4 vol. Toques de maderas empapadas en jereces. Resulta algo dulzona pero es bastante buena. Para repetir.
