Tap at Kaapse 2nd Anniversary. Hazy dark brown. Raisins marzipan Belgian yeast. Sweet, light bitter. Full body, sweet sugar syruppy feel.

Tap at Kaapse Brouwers festival. Dark brown with small off white head. Figs and raisins, dates, sweet brown sugar notes, milk chocolate, lots of herbs and some alcohol. Over medium sweet and light bitter. Full bodied with a bit of alcohol in the finish. Decent quad.

Draft at the Kaapse beer festival. Dark brown with a ring tan head. Aroma of malt, chocolate, licorice, roast, overripe dark fruit and caramel. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation.
