2013 draught at FoFA, 8/2/25.
I often forget just how good this beer is. This was easily in the top 5 beers of the day and got no love or mentions or hype. Zesty, perfectly expressed Brett mixed with aged spicing and light malt. Still plentiful proper saison like Sacch and an excellent, not over attenuated texture.

0,75l bottle at freunderlwirtschaft, Vienna. Orange cloudy color, small white head. Smells spices, leathery, flowery. Decent to nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, flowery, spices, bit herbal, earthy. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of flowery, spices and herbal notes. Nice one overall, enjoyable

Bottle, 750 ml, shared at the charity tasting at Die Freunderlwirtschaft. Cloudy orange with medium white head. Floral, citrus, smooth, balanced and subtle. Smooth. Bit tart. Interesting.

Hazy amber with off white head - Tart fruity wood aroma - Malt body with a tart fruity flavour and some hints of wood - The tart fruity flavours goes into the finish - This was real good

Tap at Fermatoren.Orange colour with small head.Aroma of Peach and apricot nice fruit and acid mild tart after taste and smooth finish.

Draught, half pint @Fermentoren, Copenhagen (Denmark). 06/05/2023. [#6.424 Global - #1.113 United States of America - #4 Hill Farmstead Brewery] Pours hazy amber, white head. Aroma: Hibiscus and spiced malts. Some grape nust. Taste: belgiany and spiced with a touch of lemon. Dry and acidic mouthfeel. Next one please!
