We followed the instruction on the wrapped paper of the 750ml bottle and warmed up half of the content to 60-70 degrees Celsius. Clear, deep ruby red body with a few bubbles at the surface. Moderate aroma of spiced cherry and vanilla. Taste of cinnamon, almond, grain, raisin and sweet berries, not overly sweet. Drinks quite well and gives me a Yuletide feel. Better warn than chilled (shared with friends at Finns place, Tromsø 09.04.2014).

@Tower of power beer session feat. Finn. Dark fruits and berries, dark plum coloured body with filmy kayer on top. Oranges, peel, cherry, raspberry, clove, nuts. Very nice warmth and would definitely prefer this beer instead of the traditional Norwegian gløgg. 9.apr.2014. Thanks for sharing, Finn.

Nydelig duft av kirsebær. Rødbrun farge. Lite skum. Nydelig smak av kirsebær. Prøvd to varianter, kald og oppvarmet. Oppvarmede gir også mer duft og smak av krydder i tillegg til god smak av kirsebær. Nydelig. Takk til Yngvar for å dele denne opplevelsen.

Wspaniale piwo pachnace wisniami. Rozowo czerwonego koloru, bardzo czerwonego. Piana lekko rozowawa, wysoka i zbita i trzemajaca sie ponad kilkanascie minut. Serwowane w temperaturze pokojowej i do ogrzanego kieliszka. Niestety nie skusilem sie na podgrzanie do temp. 70 stopni, ale moze bylo by jeszcze lepiej smakowo. Slodkie ale milo i przyjemnie, szlachetny to i naturalny cukier pochodzacy z wisni. Wysycenie niczym w porzadnym wisniowym lambicku. Papier fajny i korek grzybkowy, firmowy. Wszystko fajnie wyglada, a na koniec metnosc i przyprawy. Jakby pieprzu odrobina i gozdzikow w dlugim owocowym finiszu

75 cl. bottle, shared. Sampled both at room temperature and at 70 degrees C as recommended on the label. Unclear, dark red colour with a dense, pink head. Sweet aroma with ripe cherries, wood, spices - cinnamon and other "Christmas" spices, almond and a light hint of alcohol. Taste is medium to heavy sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Long lasting sweet finish with cherries, wood and rich malts. When the beer is heated, the flavor impression of cherries and Christmas spices is increased sharply. A good substitute for mullet wine when warm.Taste is rich and filling - however, not the most complex fruit beer.

ich mag zwar keinen Glühwein, aber dieses "Glühbier" hat mich überwältigt. Die Kirscharomen sind zwar schon dominant, aber nicht zu sehr. Ich finde den Geschmack sehr schön ausgewogen . Werd’ mir noch mehr davon besorgen!!

75cl. Red, clear with a light red head. Sweet Cherry aroma. Sweet taste with a soft cherry ending. Tried with 70c and cold, liked it best cold.
