Bottle from the Weird Beard online shop. Hazy burnt orange pour with a white head. Smoked wood, barley sugar, sweet citrus, white grape aroma. Taste is smoke, tangerine, apricot, light spicy heat, peach. Lots of smoke and sweet fruit in the close. Nice.

Keg at Craft Clerkenwell. Huge spicy and smoky aroma. Wonderfully meaty, ham I think, bit of caramel sweetness too. Taste is very ham like and with loads of spice. Big burn afterwards. Not sure how many I could drink but enjoying this half a lot.

[ As Weird Beard Fire ].Light unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, chili fruit, smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, smoke, meat, sweet malt, spicy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141205]
