Buena cerveza stout, equilibrada y sabrosa.

50c bottle (London Stout 5,2%) from SuperAlko, Tallinn. Pours close to black with a modest, beige head. Roasty aroma with notes of dark fruits, chocolate and hints of dried fruits. Moderate to medium sweet with nice roasty flavours and a slighty dry and bitter finish. Pleasant one,

500 ml bottle at El Gato Verde, Alcalá de Henares. It pours mahogany so dark it's black; with a rocky, ever-lasting, thick moka-colored head. Aroma is coffee, iron filings, chicory, cassis, cocoa. Nice carb. Light, mouth-covering, soft. Very nice bitter finish that lasts long and brings tinges of coffee back to the mouth.

Bottle: Literally black with a slowly collapsing creamy tanned head; mild to moderate bitter-sweet nose of roasted malt and milk-chocolate; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, mild acidity, pretty light bodied; lingering finish of chocolate, roasted malt and an increasing (ashy) bitterness towards the very end. A bit thin, but nice nevertheless...
