330ml bottle from La Cave à Bulles in Paris, shared with my wife
Appearance: Slightly hazy red grapefruit color with a nice light pink head, some lacing
Aroma: Raspberries and tart cherries
Taste: Smooth mouthfeel. Fruity and some tart bitterness in the finish. Like drinking a fruity dry wine, but better
Very nice beer. Crisp and clean tastes.

Bottle at Botteljie in Oostend. Pours hazy reddish orange with a head tending towards pink. Heavy fruit aroma - largely berry - but more than that. Near medium body with frisky carbonation. There’s berry - bluedberry- but lots of other things. Not al all sweet. Not too tart. Cherry turns up. Nice clean finish. Refreshing change.
