Opaque gold,stark white head.Spicy yeasty citrus nose.Light sweet start,spicy yeast and citrus,light fruitiness. Faintly hopped

Cloudy straw with a thin head. Lightly spicy and malt-accented aroma, same flavour. The finish has maybe a limey character. Not bad, but nothing to think about twice.

On tap at Flying Saucer. Pours a cloudy yellow with a small frothy off white head leavin spotty lacing along the glass. The aroma is pepper and clove. Thin mouthfeel with dry yeast and pepper with a lingering dry finish. A decent Wit from Dogfish Head.

Bottled 10-2011. Poured into a tulip. Temp is around 40 Degrees F. A - Five finger head with a mix of tight and big bubbles. Crystal clear head. The beer itself is a mild yellow with lots of head and sediment floating around S - It’s easy to pick out the coriander, oranges and Lemon grass. Lemon may be the biggest smell followed by other citrus scents. Nice floral scent. T - The coriander and citrus are pretty mellow when you taste it. There’s some pine or maybe birch taste in here. It’s not too extreme. Tastes are sort of just there but nothing very pronounced or worth pointing out. M - There’s a ton of carbonation in this beer! Huge carbonation and a swish makes the liquid turn completely into bubbles. Ginger lingering as well. It stays with you for a while. O - Another DFH let-down. It’s alright but I bought two and traded one of them. Glad I did as this is just a let down.

Bottle on the Eurostar to Brussels as part of my Pre-Wedding Celebrations, thanks to Leighton. It pours cloudy blonde, with a massive, fluffy white head. The nose is lemon, pomello, very herbal, green vegetables and spice. The taste is full of citrus fruit - lemon, orange, tangerine, as well as spice, coriander and grass, with a dry finish. Medium body, lively carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Clean, smooth and tasty.

Bottle on the Eurostar to Brussels. First beer of the weekend. Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a lively white head and light sediment. Nice aroma, definitely some coriander and citrus, with mild dough. Lightly sweet flavor, some white bread, spices, orange sponge cake. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Clean, fresh finish, some light grassy bitterness, light sugar, candi and gum, yeast, orange. Very nice. Well and drinkable.

750 ml bottle. Light golden, almost clear liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon grass, coriander, orange, vanilla sauce and wheat. Light sweet, light bitter and very fruity. Notes of cherries and oranges. Light to medium bodied with high carbonation. Very refreshing and fruity.

One of the better DFH beers, quite friendly and easy going. On tap at the house of 1000 beers. Has a slight candy aroma to it, nicely appetizing. Very light palate. Almost watery in body, but is a good way. One of their lightest beers that I can recollect. Pretyy good sizzle on the tongue. Could be a decent session brew. Tasted a lot of DFH today, by far this was the best.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, powdery malt with herbaceous notes, and sweet talcum. In mouth, a nice smooth powdery malt with smooth fruity esters, ginger, not bad. On tap at Belgian Beer Fest, Sept. 10 2011.

Refrigerated big bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours cloudy golden with big chunks of floating yeast and big fluffy white head that dissapates quickly. Highly carbonated, light body, and good lacing. Taste is orange, coriander, some sour wheat, and a hint of lemongrass. Over-rated, I prefer a St. Bernardus Wit Bier.
