On a quest to brew a witbier chock full of flavor, Namaste White digs deep into our culinary roots using ingredients of dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass, peppercorns and a bit of coriander for a refreshing and sessionable experience.

“A twist on the usual witbier - complex in its aroma, simultaneously refreshing and contemplative.” - Paste

With notes of clove and subtle coriander, you'll find flavors of citrus and sweet malt, with a slightly spicy finish for a zesty mouthfeel.

Originally brewed in tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen Brewery in Belgium after a devastating setback to their business in 2009, Namaste White is a witbier bursting with good karma.

750ml bottle, uncorked. Hazy pale, unfiltered, yellow orange. Reminds me of their Sahtea in the strong herbal spice notes. Smooth, strawy lime, lemon, wheat. Very mellow, medium bodied beer. Quite drinkable and refreshing, Creamy. Complex. Quite nice.

750 ml bottle, $9 @ Family Liquors. Hazy, particulate yellow with a foamier head than it might have on draft. Clean, slightly soapy wit smell with lemongrass addition. Bristly malt texture from first sip, plenty of effervescence right up front. Milky and lemony wit beer taste, enforced with extra lemongrass. Much easier to just swig the whole bottle than I’d hoped. Not exceptional, but very east drinking on a warm evening.

Purchased at a corner liquor store in the Andersonville neighborhood in Chicago, IL; enjoyed with some friends on their back deck on a nice Saturday night. When I picked up this bottle, I asked the guy behind the counter if it was $6.86 or $9.89. He said, \"whatever you wanna pay\". So...I went with the cheaper option. Anyways, appearance very cloudy bright gold with very frothy white head. Aroma of huge lemongrass, coriander, spice and floral notes. Also orange peel and hay, smells like warm weather.
Taste very light and delicious, incorporates the majority of the aroma elements. Carbonation is pretty good, its solid.

750 ml bottle into tulip, shared with brenn79 and my dad. Thanks, dad! Pours a hazy yellowish-orange with a large rocky head with great retention. Leaves decorative lace. Aroma is grainy, lemony. Taste is all sweet with no bitterness; spicy--clove is noticeable. Delicious. Carbonation is medium-high, body is medium. A very tasty wit.

Sample at Vintage Estate in Boardman, Pours a hazy yellow color with a medium thin soap-sudsy white head that diminishes steadily. Rings of lacing. Aroma of cloves, citrus and malt. Light body with flavors of citrus, coriander, earthy malt and yeast. The finish is fruity and spiced with a clove aftertaste. Above average overall.

750 mL bottle. Pours light gold with a small but persistent white head. The aroma is oranges, lemons, wheat and coriander. The flavor is sweet, a little tart and light spiciness. The palate is crisp and astringent. Overall, a light and flavorful example.

This Belgian poured a cloudy, light yellow colour with a big, beautiful creamy white head. Scents include spice, egg, weiners and vanilla. A little ripe fruit aswell. First sip was slightly watery with a good carbonated bite, but not overpowering. Flavours include orange peel, corriander, lemon, salt and dough. Finish is citrus filled with a little bitterness lasting...
