Refrigerated 0.5 L aluminum can poured into a glass. Pours hazy light golden with medium white head which dissipates quickly. Aroma is tart lemon, medium body, medium carbonation, and thin small bubble lacing. Taste is slightly tart lemon, nice orange, and a hint of coriander. Good witte, so easy to drink.

Can: Cloudy, pale gold with a frothy white head. Strong lemon/orange, coriander scent. Taste is sweet, acidic citrus, wheat. Light and lively.

Burp Castle, NY tap: Pours light orange with a white head. Aroma is a ton of coriander and orange peel. Taste has probably more coriander in it than any beer I have previously had. Really. This might be one of the spiciest witbiers. Interesting enough, but aside of that aspect of it, it is a fine beer.

Can. Orange, coriander, and wheat malt aroma. Slightly hazy yellow with small head. Sweet orange, coriander, and light wheat malt flavor. Light body. Pretty good especially for a canned witbier.

Can: Minty toothpaste and coriander nose. Hazy yellow, medium head. Cane sugar, toothpaste and coriander flavor Far too sweet for the style, and this weird mintiness is rather gross. Very poor example of the style.
