House beer exclusive to sister bars Jones Wood Foundry and The Shakespeare, both New York, New York (although some may escape elsewhere occasionally). A well-balanced I.P.A. at the low end of the alcohol spectrum to enable sessionability.

The Shakespeare, NYC tap: pours light orange with a white head. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit mostly, and some bread or something like that. Taste is lightly bitter. Moderate fruitiness. Not too much sweetness. Easy drinking session. Not bad.

Gravity cask @ Blind Tiger. Cloudy dark orange with very very small frothy white head, doughy aroma, very very low carbonation, sweetish taste with bitter ending, flat and warm with citrus peel bitterness. Not really enjoyable, now I know I should avoid gravity casks!

Thanks to whomever added this brew to database. Had at lunch at the excellent Jones Wood Foundry (amazing fish and chips). Pours nice orange with pine nose. Tastes of grapefruit and line, caramel, and some crackers. Crisp medium bodied. Delightful little ipa
