A dry honey ale originally brewed to compliment the intricate dishes at NYC's Petite Abeille. Light malt combines with fermented honey on the delicate nose, before hops scrub and gently bitter the palate, begetting the next sweet reprieve.

Draught @ The Cask. Rich golden yellow with small off-white foamy head, faint honey aroma, medium carbonation, sweetish taste with abrupt finish, honey aftertaste. Light and drinkable, nice seasonal.

Draft: Corn nose, not strong. Clear amber, headless. Malty but weak. Subtle honey finish. Harsh mouthfeel, light body. More cream ale than saison. I think I might have been served the wrong beer.

This premiered at Get Real New York’s Belgian Beer festival. Pours a straw gold with small white head. Its clean and crisp. You get a hint of honey but not overpowering. Also I get some pepper and coriander, grass, lemon peel, and yeast.

On tap at Pony Bar. Poured a near clear yellowish gold with a white head that dissipated to the edges and laced nicely. Aroma had notes of flora and citrus with underlying lighter fruits as well as a bit of spice. Flavor began with citrus, but became more floral with hints of grain and light fruit underlying.
