Draught, half pint. Tasted on the 12/05/2018 at «Rbabarrab», Copenhagen. Cloudy pale yellow colour with a minimal white head. Aroma is grains, honey and some yeast. Taste is slightly honey, straw, bread and yeast. Slightly watery finish. Next one please!!!

Draught. Cloudy pale yellow with very small white head, high carbonation, bread aroma, thin body, lightly bitter slightly sour malty taste, abrupt finish. Nothing spectacular.

Tutu’s, Bushwick tap: Pours copper with a white head. Aroma is soapy, honey, citrus, artificial candy. Taste is not much better. I think that the orange blossom honey adds a kind of weird taste to this. Everyone in my group who tried this was very unimpressed by it.

Tap at the Ginger Man, NYC, 18/05/13. Thanks to James for the pour. Clear light golden with a thin off white head. Nose is grass, honey, light malt notes, bread, sugars. Taste comprises cereals, grass, citrus notes, toasted malt, bread dough. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry finish. Inoffensive but nothing I’d head back to.

Draft at Gingerman. Pours clear yellow. White head. Nose and taste of lemon, yeast, vegetal and light bready malt. Light bodied.
