When one thinks refreshing and easy-drinking, look no further than that delectable beer produced in Cologne, Germany... and that is, of course, the light and flavorful Kölsch.
Meet "East Kölsch", our light & crisp traditional German ale. Kölsch is the ale version of Pilsner, which means it's light, easy-drinking, and bursting with flavor. Made with all German hops and malt, the beautiful golden color and mild bitter finish of East Kölsch is reminiscent of the brews being made throughout Cologne. Prosit!

Draft at the brewery. Clear gold. Thin ring if white head. Grass and grains. Fairly bitter. Lively feel. Solid, but not quite crisp or clean enough for my preference in the style.

Draught. Pale yellow with very small white foamy head, doughy aroma, high carbonation, slight citrus taste, abrupt finish. Quite refreshing.
